Abuse Reporting & False Positive Appeals

Abuse reporting

If you believe the Service is being used maliciously (e.g. scanning, credential stuffing, or policy abuse), contact abuse@FortiSense.io with details and timestamps.

False positives / appeals

If an alert is a false positive, you can mark it safe in the UI. If you need a review, email support@FortiSense.io with:

  • Alert ID
  • Process name and path
  • SHA-256 hash (if shown)
  • Why you believe it is safe

What we do

We’ll review the evidence, advise on next steps, and if appropriate adjust detection logic or guidance.
